Thank you for your interest in the ICF DITAP program, a program designed to help you transform how the government buys digital services and delivers value to the American public.

This application is used to determine acceptance into the cohort. Therefore, please complete each question accurately and honestly. NOTE: For the purposes of this application, IT/digital services relates to the delivery of digital information (i.e., data or content) and transactional services (e.g., online forms, benefits applications) across a variety of platforms, devices, and delivery mechanisms (e.g., websites, mobile applications, social media).


As part of your DITAP Application, we require you to furnish proof of your supervisor’s approval of participation and payment. Towards the end of the survey, you will be asked to upload a document demonstrating this proof. Before you begin your application, be sure to have this document ready to upload when requested.
